Warranty Process
• Sufficient proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.
• A clear description of the product defect must be provided to initiate a warranty application.
• If the item is physically damaged, visible photo or video evidence and the product serial number (if applicable) are required.
• You may be required to return the defective unit for official quality inspection.
Valid Proof of Purchase
• Order confirmation number from authorized XYT-TECH resellers.
• Official sales invoice.
• Dated sales receipt issued by an authorized XYT-TECH distributor.
Please note that more than one form of proof may be required to complete a warranty claim, including payment records and original shipping address confirmation.
Buyer Responsible for Shipping Costs In
• Returns requested for reasons other than confirmed manufacturing defects.
• Warranty claims submitted outside the original country of purchase.
• Items claimed defective but inspected and confirmed in normal working condition by XYT-TECH quality control.
• International return shipping fees for defective products.
• Any unauthorized returns processed outside the official warranty procedure.
What This Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, XYT-TECH covers any product failure caused by original material defects or workmanship issues.
Replaced products or parts shall become the property of XYT-TECH and will not be returned. Any repair or service required after warranty expiration will be charged for labor and component costs. Warranty coverage will terminate if the product is resold or transferred to a third party.
The same warranty policy applies to products redeemed via official point reward programs. All redemption and shipping arrangements are processed through the official XYT-TECH webstore.
Items Not Covered by Warranty
• Products without valid proof of purchase.
• Lost or stolen units.
• Products with expired warranty period.
• Non-quality related issues and normal wear and tear.
• Free promotional or gift products.
• Repairs modified or serviced by unauthorized third parties.
• Damage caused by external impact, extreme temperature, water intrusion, or improper operation.
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
Limitation of Liability
XYT-TECH is not responsible for any data loss or personal property loss caused during product usage or return delivery.
